Additionally to all the above mentioned:
  • - build-in ST-E2 functionality (wireless flash control)
    - a filter/protection in front of the sensor that allows for easy and safe sensor cleaning
    - internal HD + cf card, IP accessible (wireless or cable)
    - bubble level  and live histogram in viewfinder
If you are out there shooting, things will happen for you. If you're not out there, you'll only hear about it. - Jay Maisel

Read E.J.'s article, it is very interesting and thank you for summing up most of my wishes.

I just get my 10D and basically, and love it. This does not mean that there is no room for improvements. I basically would withstand the 1.6x crop factor and max 3fps rate. Ditto to the article, I would like to have on future 33D:

Larger and brighter viewfinder
Interchangable focus screen
Longer relief range for people without correct eyesight
Usable ISO1600 (similar to ISO400 performance on 10D)
Better dynamic range sensor (credit to Fuji S2 Pro)
2 CF card slots
ISO start from ISO50

I would love the idea of "EF200-400mm f/4 L IS USM", but I doubt if it will ever see the light.

I'd like to see Canon incorporate a pellicle mirror, like the EOS RT and 1N-RS. That ought to eliminate most of the dust problems on the sensor. It would also eliminate the need for mirror lockup, and of course, the viewfinder blackout would be nonexistent.
