Like the other members of the deer family, a moose's "home" is nothing more than a one night stand (or lay).

Taken this Sept near Anchorage as a the first snow of the season began to fall.

Very nice shot of a moose relaxing in his environment. The snow is a nice touch as well.

Nice shot. I would have preferred a little less obstruction and some catchlight in the eyes, not always possible with moose.
