Tripod grows more legs at Bosque

I hope Jack is right! In recent times the only gear I found was a pair of cheap binoculars at the rookery on a Sunday. The highway patrol station was not occupied. I put them in a ziploc bag and left them on the wooden sign. I called Audubon people from the area when I got home..I never found out what happened.

Back during the first gas crisis--My dive buddy and I found a whole Nikonos rig w/ 2 strobes in LI Sound. I had head of soomeone losing such a rig a month earlier and found the guyn after one phone call. We refused all reward money--but did get a great bonus in addition to feeling good about retruning the gear. The owner ran three gas stations--No gas lines for us......
