Bosque del Apache National Wildlife Refuge - New Mexico, USA
EOS 10D, 300mm, 1/320, f/4, ISO 200

This image was taken approximately 1 minute after sunrise during the Bosque Nature eScape which brought approximately 35 NatureScapes members together last weekend. I actually desatuated this image!!!

I believe you about the desaturation! :)
Some of mine give new meaning to "burnt orange."

Very nice light here, but I'd love to see more contrast between the trees and the background to make them pop. That was probably not so easily done though...

Very nice! I remember that view. It was spectacular watching the waves of Snow Geese taking off for the feeding fields.
