It probably should belong rather here than to Wildlife forum.
This is a photo of Spring Peeper (Pseudacris crucifer) taken at the interpretation center at Presqu'ile Provincial Park in Ontario. This is quite common frog, but mostly heard than seen. It is only 2-3 cm long and I think it is impossible to find one, as I tried it numerous times. At the intepretation centre there, they release and recapture all the animals every year.
