Nice shot Ed. I like the open bill. If this was mine (& I wish it was) I'd consider cropping a bit tighter, & moving the bird off center a bit to the left.

Just give me 10 minutes with one of these guys up close. I'd like to see him a little off center....easy to change if you like. Now.....nothing like looking at a "happy duck" with that bill open. I've got a feeling that the photographer was a happy duck as well. Nice shot.
