Bath time for the Osprey

This is the second time I've seen an Osprey come down to the water just for refreshing :shock: Unless they see something that disappears on the way down??? :roll:
Last weekend they were quite active at Little Estero Lagoon, but it seems the red tide has made a dent in their supply, not many fish alive to catch :cry:
At one time we had 5 of them flying overhead, a none of them got anything.

Beautiful shot, Fab. I love the head turn and the raised wings. Looks like you nailed the exposure too. :)
