I'm leaning toward a Cooper's Hawk, but the tail looks kind of square rather than rounded. Any help appreciated!

Shot very early this morning at Muscatatuck NWR here in Indiana. Cloned out a branch, major crop.

Nice light!
Looks like a Coop to me. It has a distinct dark cap and the head looks large.

Definately a Cooper's. Its hard to tell based on the tail when it isn't spread out unfortunately. You can see that the outer tail feathers are considerably shorter than the central ones. I wish the angle weren't so steep but these guys like to perch high. Well done.

Great shot, as mentioned, sweet light. Angle is a bit steep, but these guys are so hard to catch out in the open.

Nice shot despite the rather steep angle, Dan!

Wonderful. Great light that really enhances the bird's natural colors.

Sweet light, just wish for a less steep shooting angle, but as you were already shooting with stacked tc's you couldn't have gone longer & backed off here
