I am out of here tomorrow. Heading for Trinidad and dreaming of Scarlet Ibis. I'll leave you all with this shot from Costa Rica.

The light was harsh here, unfortunately. Sometimes thats what you get though. Did you use any fill flash? I think that might have helped in the shadows. The bright spot below the perch really distracts me :( Very pretty bird though

Nice Capture Jean , but this is a Slate-throated Redstart, not a Collared. I like the mossy perch. Perhaps tone down the hot spot below the perch or clone it in with the green areas.
