Trying to get over this darn flu thats been bugging me for over a week. Driving me nuts

So I watched a few programs on the Aztecs and the Egyptians, a couple of my favourite subjects. Hey I'm a history junkie Ok :D . So decided to try a few things to keep me busy.

All made out of the background water drops over the pansy garden.

Using the feedback effect in PSP and then the distortion and perspective tools in Photoimpact. A fair amount of copying and pasting, adding in and reducing drops and round crystal effects. Slowly built it up as shown.

All the best atryholics, keep them coming. :D

Danny.

Lem-Sip!!! - OK now you can throw up!! 8)

Hope you're both soon over the wretched bug! It can really make you feel awful. :(

I have always been fascinated by the ancient Egyptian culture - and the Aztecs! even with their sacrifices! Your marrying up of the pyramid and temple shapes for your FG structure gives a really strong shape here Danny! Fascinating components and amazing overall image. The yellow and green looks so fresh and vibrant and the droplet jewels the icing on the cake!! The electric pulses through your highly charged brain must be like an electric storm!! :) :) 8) 8) :D :D

Aww yeah Carol, the Aztec sacrifices were cruel from todays standards, creepy stuff, but a fascinating culture. I guess at the time and the reasons they believed it would help with the return of the sun and please the gods, must have made sense. From here and now, its certainly spooky stuff :D

Lem-sip :D   , that is the colours as well

A most unusual and creative image. The droplets on the corners are superb. Norwich City colours too...

Another super-creation. Marvelous colors and shapes. And you always do great things with the drop shadows. Well done.

Hope you are over your flu soon.

Hmmmmm, a historic statement 8)

I'm sure the Aztecs knew what they were doing, and so did the Egyptians, most probaly more than we do now  and their work still standing up proves it.

Beautifully inspired creation, and the colors of Healing and Knowledge :D

Proud of you M8T, hope you can recover soon 8)
