A Plover in the mud

This was taken Monday morning at the raunt in Jamaica Bay while out with some buddies from NWPLI (Len & JimmyG). There were lots of birds but not anything really different, mostly all the typical stuff just maybe more of them.

D2x, 500mm AF-S, ISO 200, 1/500, f5, Ev-.7, Skimmler Ground Pod, Wimberley Head, cropped to 8x12 from full frame onlly.

Off to work. :(
