This is using Photoimpact, but I've done a page up on using PS CS perspective tools with one version.
http://www.macrophotos.com/nzmacro/pers ... ective.htm So we started out with a full page of a filter from Photoimpact using bricks. That was then distorted using the perspective tools. Added a macro of rain drops shots and shaped those into the bricks. Added a top to it using the same image and then added the globe using the crystal effects. Added a shadow behind the ball and finally place in a grad and lighting to highlight certain parts. The background comes from flaming pear once again.
