Many of you already know how I like to simply poke the lens into some foliage and getting the blur from it while focusing in on a certain area/subject.
This is nothing more than a fence down at my parents on the back of their property with some tall weeds growing along side. (Known to my sons as "grandpa's fence.") -- thats another story -- ** I told my two sons to pick out a spot for me to shoot, and they soon found a spot and helped to look through the lens for a composition. What I was thrilled about more than anything, was not just that they took their time to look "but very important" was what I asked them the next and the different response I got than expected. I asked why did they like this composition here, and they both responded "that they liked the light that they could see!" Now I feel more and more like I am getting somewhere with them as I have not mentioned anything about light lately, but only composition. Now, ..... if only I can get them to get creative and clean their room!!!!! Adjusted levels and added some noise to it for simply something different, or maybe just that "old grandpa's fence" feel to it. Other than that, this is pretty much what we saw! My little boys had seen it first, framed it, and I shot. They liked it and told me to send it! Take care everyone, and thanks for looking.
