Re-worked the original. Attempted to remove the magenta cast.

Does the color look better?

A non-photographer birding friend of mine tipped me off to where this bird perched and sang each morning. He was right on the money to the exact plant. Taken shortly after sunrise.

Canon 20D, Sigma 50-500mm, F/8, 1/125, ISO 200

All comments and suggestions welcome.

Nice pose and clean bg, Terry!
A little over exposed and I see magenta cast ...

Nice shot of this bird and I like the plant too, Terry. There is something odd about the colour but don't exactly know what. Is it a large crop?

Thanks KK. Might be my old eyes. I'll try to put up a repost. Eleanor--only a little cropped all around. Thanks.

I'm on my laptop and can't comment on any color casts. Love the image, however!

Very nice capture Terry, the bird looks like it could still use some more contrast and some selective sharpening. There is a brief attempt.

Nice to see you posting. I think the repost looks pretty good. You just have to keep working with them sometimes. This little guy is quite a ham!!! Here's hoping that all the Sedge Wrens come back!!!
