I know this is not a strong photo, and will appreciate all photographic feedback.

I am interested in nailing down an ID, though. This was taken today in Boyds, Maryland. I want to call it a Yellow-rumped Warbler, but some marks are missing. Before I could fire off more IDing shots, it was deep into the bushes.

Well it is definitely not a Yellow-rumped. Yellow-rumped are grey and black on the back and the undertail is white- the yellow is on the top side of the rump.
Looking through Sibley and my Warbler book, the closest match I'm finding is a 1st year or female Nashville although the head doesn't look grey enough and it seems perhaps slightly out of range.
Some fill flash may have helped to tone down the highlights on the leaves. You managed to get him just squeezed in to that clearing!!
