Think there's too much going on? I sort of like it...but wanted to see what you guy thought.

Taken near Union Gorge Falls in the Porcupine Mountains in Upper Michigan.

Good eye Ken. I really like the way the roots are growing over and under each other. Nice fall image with the leaves. This is something that we could walk by every day but never really see..

I had stopped by this area intending to shoot Union Gorge Falls and came across a few nice roots with leaves all over them.

Ken, I really like the web of roots here, with a sprinkling of color. Great eye!

My eyes can calmly glide with the roots, right from the top and to the bottom, and while moving they can easily take in what is laying right next to them.

Wonderful!!! :)

An interesting and nice image. I like the flow of roots from the bottom to the top tangle.

Actually at first this didn't impress me but it seems to grow on you :) . I could even see this as a cover for a magazine.

I don't think there is too much going on in this Ken. The intertwining roots, leaves and rocks make for a pretty powerful and textured image. The colors seems just a tad flat to me but I am not on my usual monitor at the moment so that might be the difference.

Good eye seeing this one. Well composed. It looks a bit flat to me as well. Perhaps could use a bit of a boost in levels.
