Hello NatureScapers...

Another bobcat image from the recent trip... The 70-200 lens is the long awaited functional VR for Nikon shooters and in this situation, provided the welcomed freedom to move around without a tripod..

Thanks for looking and any comments or suggestions.

Sweet shot Dennis. This compound was great for the bobcats. I love the diagonal position of the tree and the intent look on the bobcats face.

I like the expression on the bobcat's face, and the colors throughout the image are great! Very nice.

Dennis, the colors are totally outstanding. This photo should be used in an ad; it has the qualities of a finely-crafted painting. Nice work.

Gorgeous shot Dennis! The cat is superb and the combination of colours textures and bark patterns put this over the top for me!!

Beautifully made image. Love the colors and the diagonal on the tree. Would have been a nice pic without the cat, with the cat its outstanding.

Dennis, I love this image, especially the way the diagonal tree lines are further enhanced by the subjects pose.

I agree wholeheartedly- being able to use a 70-200mm zoom HANDHELD because of IS/VR technology was a definite plus.

Well done my friend.

Best,

Chas

Wonderful. Love the texture of the fallen trunk and how it compares with Betty's color - and the texture of the standing trunk. Superb composition.

Great shot, Dennis. The beatiful arrangment of trees and foliage the cat is posing in, combined with great lighting, makes it almost look like it was shot in a studio.
