 While inspecting a bald eagle nest on Mount Desert Island in Maine, I saw this little guy/gal trotting along the shore line during low tide. I waited patiently while remaining motionless until it moved in to a location where I could get a nice clean shot. Since I knew that I would most likely be able to only squeeze one shot I got ready and once the Fox came towards me from the shore I took this one and only shot before it scampered away the same way it came. The overcast sky is reflected strongly on the water and it's producing a high key effect that I wish where not there. But I can hardly complain.
