Last week, we had pre peak colors and had to search for great colors to make things work. This is a bush I noticed on the road side which stood out. During the week, we had snow. sleet, hail, rain, overcast skies but 1 1/2 days of sunlight. Lots of different opportunities and challenges. I hope this image posts properly since it is sRGB instead of Adobe RGB like my post on landscape.

Looks like a maple "bush" right at peak color! :) sRGB seems to work fine by me at least. Nice way to isolate for color rather than go for a global perspective.

There were so few peak colored trees that the workshop joked that we shared one "peak branch of leaves" between all of us. I think this week will be the killer week.

The splash of red really lights this one up - good eye to capture this.

There are so many who probably would have walked right past this, and I am glad that you didn't!
Good eye Steve! 8)
