A green fly. Now you will see a stripe in its eye. Thats not a shadow or antenna. Thats a purple stripe running through its eye. Some flies have 3 or 4 stripes like that in the eye. Why I'm not really sure.
Having a bit of a groom this one with its proboscis out.. Oh man, I just love exposures that have white in them :roll: why can't they land where we want them too.  All the best macroholics, even if you are one of them human things  Danny.  Nature is the master, we are just mere clickers in time.
