Canon 30D, 300mm, f/8,ISO 640
Taken in 2007! Karl's post reminded me that we had a spate of white-tailed red squirrels a long tome ago. There were several youngsters. I could never determine if their tails turned red as they grew up. We have a lot of reds here- they burrow under the snow in the winter to get buried food-probably bird seeds.
