The Golden Lagoon

Early morning in Venice of the typical Gondolas 
in the early days I dabbled with this Golden/Blue polarizer 
it did not work well with digital had to desaturate the yellow
in Lightroom
Nikon D40x
23mm @ f/20
ISO 100 3 sec

I'm relieved that I'm not the only one who is a little giddy from looking at the shimmering effects of the slow ss on the bobbing boats!  The composition, angle and colours are beautiful.
