I went to Burlington Bay area yesterday. All "winter Ducks" are gone. Only a few Mallards and some of the Trumpeter Swans remained for the time being. This has been the mildest winter so far but it is not over yet.

Great iridescence, wing position and angle, Karl. Fingers crossed that more birds will show up there soon.

Lovely streamlined flight pose with downswept wings that shows off the plumage colours and markings beautifully, Karl!

Excellent in-flight image, Karl.( I'm sure that you enjoyed today's fine weather- perhaps some photos coming, if you were out today).

Thanks Paul.
Yes, I was out and enjoyed the nice weather and the company of long time birding friends and the birds.
