It was a dark and rainy night....and I didn't want to take out any cameras in the heavy rain.
This was take at the Joseph Smith birthplace memorial in S. Royalton/Sharon, Vermont. (On the boundary line). He was the founding prophet of the Mormon Church, and a giant obelisk was erected there. Every year they create an amazing show of colored lights.  This is a shot of a bridge  lit up  on the road leaving the show. Pardon the poor image quality. I wanted to show this as a New Year's hopeful greeting, with a star and lights despite a rainy December. A click might make it look a little better...

The reflection on the wet road really makes the image glow, I don't think it would look so good if it had not been raining. Sometimes a wet day helps!

Wonderful shot, I agree with Carol: the reflection on the wet road really makes the image glow.
