Hi Cindy.  This fella is not a true Albino, (Old pink eye :) ).  The differences is in the eye color as albinos have that pink eye and a further total lack of pigmentation in the body, in the nose, and even the hooves.   (Just for info).

The deer that have Leucism, (under production of melanin and inability to support normal skin pigmentation), will be White Deer as this one is..   Hope that makes sense.

Thanks Dave-yup- makes sense. Thought his eye looked pinkish....
We see leucistic birds here fairly often, but not albinos either.
