Beautiful!

So what do you recommend me to use as a flash with a camera medium format for Macro photography mainly flowers or even close ups abstracts?

4 years ago I bought the om-d em-1 mark ii and used it mainly for macro.
I was using the FL-LM3 flash until I recently bought the Godox V860III.
The diffuser plays the most important role in macro photography with flash.
I have made my own diffuser for both flashes.
And with the small flash FL-LM3 I have taken very good pictures.
The main difference of the godox is the higher intensity and the higher speed in the focus stacking mode.
At your disposal if you want more information.

Great, thank you very much for this answer, i will look at those, i still have Canon 580/580II from the past long time ago and few studio lights, but i want to go all new models or at lest the current decade technology products, and small ones rather than big studio lights.
