Not much of a city skyline compared to a lot I have seen, but this was a surprise view for me when I was photographing Bidston Windmill. It is a view of the city I was brought up in, Liverpool. In the centre, is the Anglican cathedral (which took 70years to complete),to the left of that is the Liverpool Metropolitan Cathedral, which is like an upside down funnel, and is locally known as Paddy's Wigwam. Further left is the Radio City tower, which started life as a revolving restaurant back in the seventies.
