The early morning game drives were surprisingly magical! One never knew what one would come across! Our first spotting of the day, as the golden hour faded. This Lioness was all eyes on a nearby herd of elephants that were moving in closer! Sitting on a termite mound was the advantage of height and a better view. It could have been better but the light and posture was too good to pass off!
