Impala Buck

Lower Zambezi National Park, Zambia

EOS10D, Sigma 100-300 F4 + 1.4TC, ISO 200, F8, 1/500.

For me, the Impala is one of the most beautiful, athletic and graceful of all the antelope species. This Buck was one of the most gorgeous specimens I have ever seen.

All comments and critiques always welcome and appreciated and thanks for looking.

Excellent Carol. Background (of course) has complimentary colors. I like the fact the subject is in such fine condition, you can see every muscle... Well done as usual..

Carol, The side lighting is real good. What an arrogant type look he's giving you.

Nostrils flared and eyes absolutely wide open make this a winner. Gotta admit that gazelles are my favorite of the antelopes as well, but for something relatively common they are so frustrating to shoot. Nicely done.
