This dude just came up behind me on the marsh boardwalk while I was shooting. I guess he was curious as to what we were doing. Just thought I could get decent detail of his face while I was with my birding kit on (ok ok.. not exactly a birding kit compared to some guys around here... but hey! :oops: )

Nice portrait, plenty of detail. Would prefer a little more room on the left but nice as is.

A very nice close-up. The DOF isn't quite enough and you had plenty of marginn to deal with that by shooting at 1/400 and f/8 instead of wide open.

Like I said, was shooting birds at 5.6 and saw this dude, just turned around quick and shot at him... didn't think at all to turn the dial to f8 or so.
