Problem uploading images.

I have not posted an image here on NatureScapes for quite a while so I thought it was time to do something about it. I don't think I have uploaded a photo since the Forum was upgraded.

I found that when I click on the "Add a new Image" button I get a window that allows me to browse my local computer or paste an URL. Only problem is that if I click on "Browse" nothing happens! It appears to be grayed out but still click-able.

I am running Firefox 18.0.2 on a Windows 7 PC but get the same result from Firefox 19.0 on a Linux machine. Will try Safari on iOS 6.1 when I get time.

Any idea what I am doing wrong?
