Congratulations! This is the Image of the Week selection for the Photo and Digital Art Gallery, week ending 7th September, 2012!I used Topaz Simplify, added the breath, Photoshop Oil Paint, and added a canvas texture to make this. The elk was from Yellowstone.

A fine fella he is Jerry -- breath and all. I like the tawny tones, and the way the OP sharpened the points on the rack.

Really nice rendering of the gorgeous animal. Just right- not over-done as I think this app can easily be. Beautiful light too.

A nice clear view of rack and rump! The effects used have enhanced the image well without being too OTT and the colour tones and light are lovely!

Nice image and application, Jerry. Agree that this is the right amount of adjustment to a tricky app. Nice specimine.

Reminds me of trips past to the area. All my images of the west are on slides, which I don't seem to get time to scan. One of these days.

I've just set up a new page on Facebook with my images www.facebook.com/NaturesVisions. You may enjoy a few of them, if you care to wonder by.

Very nice Jerry. The OP brings out the fur beautifully. Good job adding the "breath" too.

This Elk is so beautiful and I like the soft effect on it especially the foreground leading to the Elk.
