Congratulations! This is the Image of the Week selection for the Wildlife Gallery, week ending 24th February, 2012!Many an underwater photographer has succumbed to their charms. It's like being addicted to something...."just one more shot!" I can't even begin to count the gigabytes of images I have of these guys, one each and every trip, I say to myself "No more Nemo photos!" Then I swim by this undulating mass of poisonous  tentacles, see a flutter of movement and all my resolve just blows away in the current...
Image
Orange Anemone fish Amphiprion ocellaris aka "Nemo"

Canon EOS 7D, EF28-105 f3.5-4 @40mm, Aquatica A7D Housing, Twin S&S YS110a strobes on half power, ISO 200, F11, 1/60th.

This now hangs as a 16x20 print in my home office... go figure!

I like that you have 3 in different poses. And the anemone's color complements the "Nemo's" color.

They are so colorful and in such a pretty setting how could you pass it up! I think all of us have at least one subject like this. I love the lines and flow to this composition.

Great to see this one Stu! One of my favourites of your underwater images and these wonderfully colourful little fish are so photogenic!

Way oversize though - 810 pixels and 359kb!!

Stu, another nice one. You're right, an u/w photographer cannot resist just one more shot. It's impossible.
