Nikon D1h, 70-200 f/2.8 AF-S VR, Handheld

I can't remember if I posted this image before.

It was taken last year when we encountered a small group of three males that seemed much more concerned about the salt on the sides of our cars than the people in the cars. Eventually we shot with every lens from super-wide to telephoto during the hour or so we spent with these guys.

Cheers

The diagonal here really shows the agility of these guys. Well done.

I really like the way that this is composed with the animals on the strong diagonal slope. Nice feeling of action and I like the way that the snow on the animals conveys a sense of intense cold. Nice detail in the goats' coats and horns. Very well done!

Tom, Great shot! I tried to get this action, but your timing was much better. The flying snow by the feet really portrays the fast movement.

Very dynamic, both the diagonal and the flying snow. I like this a lot!
