Augrabies Flat Lizard, Platysaurus broadleyi, female, Augrabies Falls NP, South Africa, November 2002, Eos 3 + ?, bean bag, Sensia 100
I haven't posted pictures for a while. Too busy. This motif is one I can't pass on, therefore here is one of my South Africa pics. I'm not pleased with how the colours came out of the scan. I have to get the warmth back into it. The males of this species can be very colourful (see my website), but I liked this shot better. I hope you like it too. The only thing I'm not so sure about is the tail going OOF. Would you have liked more DOF, so that the tail would be more IF? Or does this work like it is supposed to do? Thanks Cheers Peter http://www.peterdenhartog.com
