While I was photographing hoodoos details in Bryce, these guy caught my attention, even though he was thinking to be invisible :wink: .

Very nice. I presume the BG is the canyon wall ? It really helps to make the little guy stand out.

That background is wonderful!

It's hard to be sure in that light, but it looks like a golden mantled ground squirrel to me, and not a chipmunk...

Actually this is a Golden-manteled Ground Squirrel not a chipmunk - a chipmunk would have stripes across his face. Its a funny shot with the title.

Oops, I now see that Paul already caught the ID mistake.
