I shot some videos last weekend at a local festival and tried to play them when I returned home. All the videos showed hesitiation (glitch) every second throught. So I tried my second 7D and this time just put the camera on my desk and filmed. Everything stationery was fine but all movements were glitchy continuously.

I used Windows media player first and then tried Zoombrowser; results were identical.

What did I do wrong?

Thank you.

Likely due to processing speed of your computer/graphics card.

I have this problem with an older powermac whereas my macbookpro does not have a problem playing 7D/1d4 video.

How old is your computer?

Quicktime is a bit better than Windows media player. It has to do with the format of the Canon video.

The computer is about 5 years old, though upgraded for memory and Hard Disks I have not changed the Video card. I will also down load Quicktime.

Thank you both.
