It's pouring buckets so AF comments will have to wait till I get a days shooting in tomorrow.

Slightly cleaner files than the D300 (yes I have both so I actually compared them)

Love the new D700 style sliding media storage door. Hated the little flapper on the D300

Like the new center push button on the multi selector.

Do not like the new multi selector toggle for changing focus points. D300 toggle was much better, especially if one needs to where gloves October through March.

I'll report on the AF and BIF tracking abilities tomorrow.

I have a partially torn distal biceps tendon and it's hard enough to hold onto things, never mind in the rain, plus I got laid off on Friday and I'm depressed.
