Welcome, I think there is too much going on in this image. Were you emphasising the waterfall?

Ken, The waterfalls are important. I had thought of cropping out the bottom 3rd of the image to make it stronger. However, I like the small fall at the bottom. :)

Abruzzo National Park is not grand like many American parks or the Alps. It is very subtle in its beauty and I was trying to capture that.

I think focusing more on the waterfall would help this image. The colors look a little odd to me. Perhaps it's just the Provia 400F. Is there any reason you used such fast film on this? Provia 100F or Velvia would render this with nicer color.

Welcome! It's always tough to shoot waterfalls in harsh lighting conditions. Keep trying...use some ND filters and see if you like the effect...don't forget the tripod. :-)
Shoot in RAW because memory is cheap, but memories are priceless.

Thanks for the comments. This is the best shot I have of La Camasciara. I guess I will have to return to Italy and take a few more. :)
