More Spelunking with a Kayak

Apostle Islands National Lakeshore. Sand Island Sea Caves.

This sea cave shot is begining to become one of my favorites of the trip. I love the sweeping lines created by the sandstone on the ceiling and the starburst from the outside light.

This image was taken in a "room" were I was standing in about 3 feet of water. Have to use a headlamp to wander about this room.

Pentax 645NII, 35mm, Velvia 100F, 30 seconds, f/16

Another excellent shot, Ken...love the curves and textures of the cave.
Shoot in RAW because memory is cheap, but memories are priceless.
