Interesting rendition. The blurred background bleeding into the birds and perch makes it look like an idealized painting. A bit more separation between the birds would make it even stronger.

This is a nice image, Darlene. I really like the poses of the eagles.

I'm seeing a soft halo around the birds. It looks like what would happen if the blue background was selected with the Magic Wand, a Gaussian Blur was applied, and some areas of the birds and tree got softened along with it.

Excellent exposure for the strong light present, Bill hit the nail in the head as to the large soft Halo, nice colors as well!!, Congrats!! 8)

I like the capture, but I find the halo (especially around the top bird) to be too distracting....

Hi Darlene---this is a very nice photo with two distinguished birds. I like the apparent sharpness of the eye in the rear bird and beak in the near bird. There seems to be quite a bit of gray in the image, and I would suggest color balancing the image and possibly increasing the color temperature or adjusting the white balance very slightly.
