(Sloth Bear - Melursus ursinus - captive, Cleveland Ohio)
Nikon D100, Nikkor AF 80-200m f/2.8D ED-IF, focal length 200mm (EF 300mm), 1/250 sec, f/3.5, ISO 200, Exposure Mode Manual, Matrix Metering, WB Cloudy -1

This was taken at the Cleveland Metro Parks Zoo this weekend, supposedly the 2nd day of Spring. But that's Ohio for you. If you don't like the weather...just wait five minutes.
