Alright, he wasn't waving. He was likely warning us to keep our distance, which we did since our boat was already treacherously close to the rocks.
This is another image from my annual Tom Jordan Memorial Boreal Coast Tour. The nearby northern Atlantic coast enriches my life beyond measure. Canon 300mm F2.8 AF IS with 1.4X on EOS3, F4 @ 1/500" on Provia F, handheld. Minolta incident light meter. (motion of photographer in boat hopefully not apparent) Peace, and may the light be with you. Gustav Gustav W.
