Motif: Gum emperor

Gum emperor (Opodiphthera eucalypti)
I'm a bit lost about what to do with the crop here. When I took it I tried hard to exclude everything but wing detail which severly limited composition. Full frame, about 1.3x mag on film. Thoughts?
Velvia 100F, 1/125, EOS 100, EF100mm macro, 25mm extension, 550EX, handheld.

I like it as is. It would also look nice rotated 90* CW.
