EDIT - R2400 printing problem

I'm having trouble printing a custom size (13x22) in CS3 or CS2 on my Epson R2400. Instead of printing it just spits the paper out and an error message comes up saying "Media not loaded correctly". Well, I've double checked my settings and I know it's loaded correctly, and "Sheet Paper" is selected as the source (this is a cut sheet from a roll). I set up the paper size as a "User Defined" custom size as I've always done in the past without issue. It prints normal sizes (8x10, 11x17, 13x19) perfectly.

Any ideas?
