one of my recent image posts to flora was moved to landscape. i thought the image was about grasses and was also something of a close up ( http://www.naturescapes.net/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?t=5989 ), others did not.

so my question is, is this image about flora?

ps - begging the moderator's indulgence - please leave this in flora (at least for now), so that floraers can comment.

not trying to start a controversy, just looking for a clarification.

My photographs aim at being true, not at being beautiful because, what is true is most often beautiful.

You didn't include D. Neither which is what I would have voted for. :P

But its more of a Landscape shot than a Flora shot in my opinion and it certainly isn't a macro shot. I feel this photo belongs in the landscape forum if that is what you are asking.

I like this image, but it certainly brings to my mind "landscape" - it isn't a study in the characteristics of, or emotions produced by a singular plant or monoculture.

I tend to agree with EJ. But if I HAD to make a choice I would say landscape.
