Here's an Eyed Brown (Satyrodes eurydice) in a North Dakota wetland. These butterflies can be highly variable, from dark brown to almost white.

Another beauty you have here Bryan that I don't know for sure if I have ever seen around here before. Thanks for sharing this one!
Looks like good exposure here on this monitor, and if I had only one wish with this one it would be that the background would be a tad more OOF, sort of like it is on the right hand side. It would help the butterfly to stand out or to "pop" a little more.

Keep cranking them out Bryan!

Gorgeous image of a gorgeous butterfly. In a perfect world, the background could be more OOF but, this in no way lessens the value of this wonderful shot.
