Milkweed seeds are beautiful, but it's hard to get a good setting for them. So I set this one adrift:
Image
Canon 10D, 300/4, F8, 1/60

I thought of this a while back when shooting floating leaves. I think I had in mind a great picture of a feather by Dan Creighton as well. I tried this with rippling water (slight wind) and still water, but I did better with a more stationary seed.

Thanks for looking at my seed series- doing personal series was great idea for a theme.

This is so delicate looking and beautifully acheived Tom.

I am going to be honest with you.
You have flat out tickled me with this wonderous series of yours!
Its fun to sit back to watch someone work their magic, and you mastered these weeds to perfection with you camera!!! :)

Tom, again, ................ this is simply fabulous!
