A favorite tropical butterfly of mine, taken at a butterfly conservatory:
Canon 10D, 300/4 + 1.4TC + ext, F13, 1/50, fill flash The day after I took this, I went out in the field and saw a new species. I love seeing tropicals like this one, but butterfly conservatories just aren't as exciting an experience. In a photo it's all the same, I suppose! Tom
