Beach shells, studio setup
Nikon D2X, 105 f2.8 macro lens, ISO100

One of the first few images just trying out the new camera...I then enlarged this file to a 20x30 and a 24x36 print size. The detail retained is pretty stunning.

Any feedback is appreciated.

Detail looks great and exposure is wonderful too Mark. Everything is sharp so I assume this was stopped down and on a tripod. Congrats on the new Camera. From all accounts it appears to be a real winner!

Regards
Larry

Yo Mark! The even lighting, texture, color and patterns make this one a real winner. Great Job!

ahh, studio shot...i was gonna say...wooah, what beach is this! serious beach combing there!

very nice work here, it looks 'natural'...with how the sand is...and it looks 'jumbled' like it normally would be..

the print must be awesome!
